Accelerated Learning Basic Education Program aims to provide safe, relevant, and quality education to the girls and young women who have missed out on schooling, equipping them with essential literacy and numeracy skills. Through a flexible and accelerated learning pathway, the program seeks to enable learners to complete the primary education cycle in three years. Additionally, the program focuses on facilitating their transition to secondary or tertiary education and preparing them for formal or informal employment. The program has impacted the lives of the girls and young women through; access to quality basic education, foundational skills development, empowerment and self-confidence, improved well-being, safe community environments, community engagement and sensitization, mentorship programs, advocacy for policy changes and parental and community involvement.
